Peter is presently a Realtor and Broker with two decades of real estate experience (licensed in 2004) working in several capacities to serve a wide range of clients with many real estate needs.  When he is not working in real estate you might find him with his wife and four children serving within the community as well as at various school or church functions.

Peter is the broker/owner of Praecelsus Property Management, a local, highly reputable property management firm in East Chula Vista specializing in single family and multifamily residential rental properties throughout San Diego County.  His background in business administration and marketing has helped him to realize continued substantial growth over the years in this business venture.

Peter is also a Realtor and Broker Associate with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Clarity in Eastlake where he works to serve buyers, sellers and investors.  His background in property management and real estate investing has given him a unique view into the benefits and strategies of home ownership and sales.   His experience includes:
